Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing Time: All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch):

Belgium, France, Luxembourg: 3 to 7 business days

European Union: 5 to 10 business days
Order Tracking: Each parcel is sent with a tracking number, which will be communicated by email.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Free delivery may be available from a certain order amount (depending on current promotions).
Returns
In accordance with European legislation on online sales:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.

To do so, please contact us at contact@chantess.fr with your order number.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product).
Refunds
Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds may be full or partial depending on the condition of the returned products.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an order error or defective product.
Damaged Products or Order Error
If you receive a damaged, defective item, or if your order is incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at contact@chantess.fr, including photos as proof.

We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
